I've thought about trying it for YEARS. I even have my own yoga mat. So, I checked out the schedule at the local YMCA and I can get my feet wet (so to speak) twice a week and it was free with my Y membership.

other reported benefits as well. Yoga is good for improving posture and breathing. It can help reduce blood pressure. It aids in stress reduction and improving concentration.
Yoga has been practiced in some parts of the world for over 5000. You do not need expensive equipment. It's never been known to have horrible side-effects or have ugly drug interactions.
So, I guess I am taking care of a few of my New Years Resolutions all in swell foop!! Watching my budget, getting healthy and trying new things!! Ohhh! I love it when a plan comes together!
