Well, my little cold turned into a MAJOR deal. I cannot remember when I felt so sick for so long! I have a wonderful family, though, and they took good care of me and kept things humming along until I was back on my feet.

I found a couple of websites that I wanted to share with you. First, there is Like.com (http://www.like.com/) If you are, like me, a little slow to part with a dollar for the sake of fashion, you'll love this site. Scan a picture of an item you fancy and the site will come up with alternatives and varying price levels. How cool is that? Love that little number in last month's Vogue, but don't care for the price tag? Scan the photo and see what can be found more in your price range!

The next one is for fun. It's called year book yourself (http://www.yearbookyourself.com/) You take a photo of yourself and then are able by the miracle of "photo magic" to see how you might have looked in a year book photo from various decades. What a hoot! Here's me in 1958. What do you think? LOL

My husband is home from his travels and spoiled me shamelessly yesterday. We went to the mall and I recieved gifts from Victoria's Secret, Godiva Chocolates, and Sephora. My sweetheart then took me to lunch. I am so blessed to have such a loving and generous husband! Eat your heart out girls! He's all mine!
Now we're preparing for the upcoming holidays. I have been shopping for Christmas gifts for the kids and we are discussing who to visit and when. We have begun the Christmas decorating and today's goal is to choose and begin to address this year's Christmas Cards. I wish from the bottom of my heart that each of you take the time to really enjoy the true meaning of these holidays: Gratitude, Love and Joy, instead of merely being caught up in all the "to dos".
Enjoy your weekend!

I'm glad you're feeling better Terri! It looks like Christmas at your home and with that shopping trip Joe took you on, you have your own private Santa :)
