A grocery store chicken
Parmesan cheese
Mayo (light, normal, or fat-free is up to you)
Can of artichoke hearts (drained)
Seasoning salt
Pepper
Dill or whatever herb you'd like
Onion and Garlic
All you do is deskin and debone the chicken:
Add at least 1/2 Cup of paraseam chese
I added half an onion finely chopped
Garlic poweder to taste (I like me some garlic!!!)
I put in a nice spoonful of dill weed too
Mix in the artichoke hearts
Stir it all together with the mayo.
OMG!! Smoochie had hers on a roll, I used a toasted bagel...This stuff is to die for!!
