my babies

I spent Sunday evening helping Matty work on a school project that required that we look through old photos. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane. We have lived all over the country and had many adventures, but the greatest adventure has been the blessing of these babies.
Nothing in the world prepared me for life with 5 active children. It has been the craziest, happiest most exasperating, invigorating,creative, amazing life. I am so blessed.
I think, sometimes, I forget to be grateful for these nutballs. Then I look through old albums and see those beautiful little faces and feel the lump rising in my throat and I am so proud of the young people they are becoming and fall in love with my children all over again
