I found a very cool book and there's a website attached

Full of lovely ideas to make your home more beautiful. I got this from the library but think I'll buy it.

I liked the idea of taking vintage salt and pepper shakers and making them into tassels so much that I am bidding on a couple of sets on ebay. You glue fringe to the bottom and beaded wire through the top. They're adorable! Can't wait to try it.

I love this book as well - have checked it out several times from the library but always forget about it when I'm shopping for books.

That looks like a great book, I'll have to see if my library has it!

I have this book. It is a good one with a lot of ideas that are a little bit different from a lot that I've seen in so many books lately.
Happy belated birthday to your husband!

Hi - I was blog hoping and noticed this entry. I love this book. I made the sNp shaker tassels recently using bird shakers I found at Target. It was pretty easy!
