I found this great material on ebay last month and today I whipped up
cozies for my french press and my tea pot. I think they turned out darling!
The lace I saved off an old pair of ruined curtains. I knew it would come in handy someday!
Yeah me! I am really proud and excited about this little project! Useful as well as beautiful.

You have done such a nice job with your cozies. I like to recycle materials a lot. It gives me a certain sense of satisfaction that's hard to explain. Sort of reminds me of my grandmothers and how they always did such a wonderful job of making do with what they had.
Oh Terri, these came out so adorable! What a pleasant thing to see sitting on your table. Enjoy them and by the way, great use of the salvaged lace.
